The agreement between you and us when you use Intentative. Plain words, but they count.
Last changed 3 October 2026
Intentative is run by ANDREAS BERG DOTDEV, a sole proprietorship in Norway (organisation number 937 794 355), Jotunveien 3C, 1185 Oslo, support@intentative.app.
By making an account, or joining a trip, you agree to these terms. The privacy page says what we do with your data.
Intentative is young and still changing: things may move, change or stop. If we close it, we'll tell you at least 30 days ahead, so you can download what's yours.
One account per person, 13 or over. Keep your devices and passkeys to yourself: what's done with your account is yours to answer for. Booking or paying for anything takes someone 18 or over.
What you write, upload and forward stays yours. You let us keep it, show it to the people on the trip and have Atlas read it, only to give you Intentative.
Add only what you have the right to: photos of other people should be ones they're happy to have on the trip. Whoever invites someone lets them see the whole trip, and its owner can take people off it.
Atlas is AI and can be wrong about opening hours, prices, distances, safety, entry rules and health. Check what matters before you rely on it, above all for children, health and travel documents. It isn't a travel agent's advice.
Its research draws on Wikivoyage and Wikipedia (CC BY-SA) and OpenStreetMap (ODbL); thank you to everyone who writes them.
Rooms are sold by Nuitée (LiteAPI), not by us. Your booking is with them and the hotel, on their terms and the rate's cancellation rules, which you see before you pay. The price includes our commission.
Prices you see signed in may be lower than the hotel's public price; that's allowed because they aren't public. Cancel on the stop's page while the rate allows it.
We don't sell flights. Our links open other sites' searches, and what you book there is between you and them.
Paid once per trip, through Stripe, at the price you see before paying. Changed your mind? Write to support@intentative.app within 14 days of buying and you get your money back.
Don't use Intentative to break the law, to send spam or mail people didn't ask for from a trip's address, to upload anything harmful or anyone's private material without their say, to make Atlas do what it shouldn't, or to scrape it, overload it or get round its limits.
We may stop something that does, or close the account behind it, and we'll tell you why unless the law or someone's safety says otherwise.
You can delete your account whenever you like.
We work to keep Intentative running and your data safe, but can't promise it'll always be there or free of faults. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, or for what hotels, airlines and other sites do. Nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer.
If we change them in a way that matters, we'll tell you in Intentative at least 30 days before. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before they apply.
Norwegian law applies. If something's wrong, write to us first at support@intentative.app. You can also ask Forbrukerrådet (the Norwegian Consumer Council) to help, and take a case to the courts where you live.
